Geddes, N.Y. — Yes, there will be a New York State Fair in 2021, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday.
“The Fair must go on,” Cuomo said.
The Fair will take place Aug. 20 through Sept. 6.
There will be some modifications in the planning, Cuomo said, including limiting capacity to 50%. Those plans will continue to be revised leading up to August, Cuomo said. Capacity could be increased if Covid-19 rates continue to decline.
